He took a little child whom he placed among them. Taking the child in his arms, he said to them, "Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”
We put big importance on teaching and imparting the Word of the Lord into these young lives. We believe they are the future of any church that's why we should invest in their lives to give them a solid foundation of the Word for the rest of their lives. Kid's ministry shouldn't be a keep-them-occupied time but should be a time of sowing the Word of the Lord and anointing into their lives. There's nothing more beautiful and rewarding than seeing these little kids worship the Lord!
1 Timothy 4:12
Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.
It's important for the youth to know their identity in Christ. That's why we call our Youth Ministry "Chosen". A lot of youth struggle to find who they are in Christ until this becomes a stumbling block in their walk with Christ. In Chosen, we strengthen our foundation with the Lord by studying the Word, we are encouraged to have a daily walk with the Lord, we have fun activities, we have a support group found in each other. You are not alone and you are not crazy for being God-like in an ungodly world. Because you are chosen!
2 Timothy 2:15
Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
Our Biblical foundation has been influenced by our culture and how the Bible is translated. Our Bible studies go back to the roots of what we believe and why: that's why we study the original translations of the Bible and look at the culture of that period. By understanding that, we can place the Word of God in today's context. There's a lot of revelation on these nights and people are set free from strongholds in their minds, making them more equipped as believers in a world that doesn't believe.
Every Wednesday at 7:30 PM.
Sound of Heaven
God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.
Worship is fundamental pillar of our church, which goes hand in hand with the Word. We always give the Holy Spirit space to move, so our worship services go on until we have breakthrough in the Spirit. We do believe in excellence and in bringing the best of our gifts to the Lord so we prepare as if our lives depend on it, but not at the stake of losing sensitivity to what the Spirit wants: even if that means throwing out all the preparations. That's why we require everyone in the team to develop their gifts and talents because the Lord deserves the utter best of what we have! Our heart's cry is, "Lord, have Your way and let the sound of heaven be heard in the nations!"
Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.
As leaders of the church, we believe that it's important to tend to the needs of our members on personal level. also to know those who labor among us. We strongly believe in making people see the truth of the Word out of personal conviction and not out of compulsion, for this is also the heart of God. He never forces, but He does correct and share the truth in love, respecting our free will. Every decision has to come from the heart, otherwise it is sin! Our pastors are open to talk to and will advise you, but will never force you!
Ministry of helps
The greatest among you will be your servants.
We believe that serving one another is an essential part of being a Christian. Being in the ministry of helps doesn't mean that you are lower than others, because we look at all the ministries function-wise and not positional-wise. So there's no higher or lower in the Kingdom, but just functional differences: all in the heart of serving: because Jesus came to serve and not to be served.
Some of the ministries of helps include serving in the kitchen, keeping our house clean, ushering team and volunteering for events.
1 Thessalonians 5:17
Pray without ceasing.
As a church, we believe that it's important to pray corporately for the specific needs of the church and to carry each other in prayer. It also encourages one another to strengthen their faith. The value of corporate prayer is unity in the Spirit!
We also have intercessors who pray for the church continually and even fast when needed to move mountains through faith. Intercessors are generals in the spirit who stand in the gap! We highly appreciate and value those who are willing to give their time to pray and fast for breakthrough in the spirit. It is a vital function in the body of Christ.
